The essentials in 30 seconds

The rooms are after security, in the A and B gate areas. A dedicated Muslim room, plus spaces for Jewish, Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant worship. Open 24/7, access with a boarding pass.

Where the prayer rooms are

Terminal B: above the shops, at the far end of the hall. Terminal A: at the top of the stairs, near the Crystal Media Shop, opposite gate A42, at lounge level. Follow the "prayer rooms" signs.
